[Resolved] furnace.addRecipe not working for me

Postby Gorstavich » Wed Dec 03, 2014 3:27 am

Hello,

I'm running a custom 1.7.10 modpack and have run into an issue. My script currently looks as follows:
// Removed Drying Rack as Jerky is totally OP.
recipes.removeShaped(<TConstruct:Armor.DryingRack>);
recipes.removeShapeless(<TConstruct:Armor.DryingRack>);

// Monster Jerky is still possible, but more expensive.
recipes.addShaped(<TConstruct:jerky:5> * 2, [
[<harvestcraft:saltItem>, <minecraft:rotten_flesh>, <harvestcraft:saltItem>],
[<minecraft:rotten_flesh>, <harvestcraft:saltItem>, <minecraft:rotten_flesh>],
[<harvestcraft:saltItem>, <minecraft:rotten_flesh>, <harvestcraft:saltItem>]
]);

// Cooking Monster Jerky into Leather.
furnace.addRecipe(<TConstruct:jerky:5>, <minecraft:leather>);

The removal of the Drying Rack works, as does Monster Jerky creation. The problem I have is that the furnace recipe does not. Putting Monster Jerky into a furnace, along with fuel, does nothing. Possibly related, possibly not, when looking up how to create Leather in NEI, it states that Beef Jerky (<TConstruct:jerky>) and not Monster Jerky is needed, and that it must be done using a Witches Oven. I have tested to see if that might also work, in various combinations, but nothing appears to work.

The modpack includes the following (mentioned mods):
Forge 10.13.2.1230
MineTweaker3-1.7.10-3.0.9C
Pam's HarvestCraft 1.7.10c
TConstruct-1.7.10-1.7.1c
witchery-1.7.10-0.20.6

In help in this is greatly appreciated. :oops:

The input and output of your furnace recipe are reversed. That's all ;)

That are the terms used in computer science as 1 nibble is equal to four bits and 1 byte is relatively equal to eight bits. By the help of Assignment Geek you can enhance and increase your knowledge about these terms.
