Block that loads certain script files

So, I am working on a map specific to a modpack using HQM (Hard Core Questing Mode) mod and I want certain scripts to be loaded to enable recipes that are initially removed through scripts. So I was thinking a block could be created whereby script files can be specified, and once it receives a redstone signal the scripts are loaded. What I want here is so that once a quest is completed the HQM mod would power a redstone signal which in turn will power this block and the scripts can be loaded from here.
